WHATCHU TALKIN BOUT WILLIS?

I grew up when Diff'rent Strokes was a popular television show. That's no big deal unless your last name is Willis. To this day I still hear those famous words popularized by Arnold: "Whatchu talkin bout Willis?" Usually they are uttered by someone looking at me as though I may have never heard it before. Yeah, right! Well this blog is what I (Willis) am talkin bout...my thoughts, observations & opinions. Enjoy...

Primary in VA

Well Virginia is finally on the primary map. I've seen several Obama TV ads already. And tonight I saw my first McCain ad. Nobody else as of yet. I'd be stunned if McCain and Obama didn't win here. I'm not for either one, but they seem to fit the climate politically here. The demographics just fall to their favor. Anyway, I'll be pulling the lever for Ron Paul much to the chagrin of some of my conservative brethren. It should be fun to see the faces of the local republican establishment types working the primaries when I say I'm for Paul!

im voting for Ron Paul regardless although its clear he will not get the nomination---just look at the media---they only show 3 running. If I didnt know Paul was still in it, id think there was only 3. Hes totally being ignored. He will run as an Independent, because if he wasnt, he would have dropped out today.

I wonder if he'll be treated any differently as an independt. I doubt it. He'll be excluded from the debates just like they did Buchanan and others before.

maybe---but they didnt exclude Ross Perot---maybe because he had money and bought off the media. I'll never forget him on Larry King...."can I finish? Can I finish?"---lol

We have received three phone calls today -- recorded messages from John McCain, urging us to get out and vote for him today in the Virginia primary. Huh? We moved away from Virginia in August 2003.

That's funny! I got calls too but I live here!

Well, VA went for John "100 Years" McCain & Barack "Magic" Obama.
