My roommate in college was a Stryper nut. I wasn't much into them back then but I have to admit they definitely rock. I was listening to Christianrock.net today and they played "In God We Trust." Wow! Michael Sweet, the lead vocalist and front man is unbeleivable! The notes he hits are way up there. I remember in college taking a "boom box" into the men's showers and cranking up another Stryper classic "To Hell With the Devil." Good times!

And I thought I might be the only Stryper fan left on the planet (except for Rick Robie, but I am not sure he is from this planet). I haven't done it in a while but you just inspired me to pull out the old CD and fire it up. Got one called "Can't Stop the Rock" which is a compilation of all their best. Here's to hairspray and high notes! Rock on!

Robie was your roomie? LOL. Loved playing tetris in his room in college ... of course I like Styper too guess that is why Rick and I got to be good friends. Miss my Florida friend who visited me in Canada and how the heck I ended up @ RBC could only be a God thing!
