Jim Reeves was one of my dad's favorite singers. I remember him listening to Jim Reeves and also my dad's occasional imitations of "gentleman" Jim. I acquired a taste for Reeves' music and now it remains a special connection with my late father. If my dad were still alive he'd be 82. He's been gone over 9 years. This was one of his favorites and mine too.
